First Steps

OK, so you’ve made the decision to do The 90 day diet.
The first step is to clean out all the food that you’re not likely to be needing over the next 90 days and, if this diet does what we hope it will do, you may never need again.

The promise is that this diet changes your life…by changing your metabolism and changing the way you look at food and how you eat……

The theory is that this diet will not only help you to lose weight, (up to as much as 20 kilograms in 90 days), but it will help those with high blood pressure and other weight related illnesses to come off their medications.

Ok time to get stocked up; this is the shopping list:

Loads and loads of fruit – mellons, oranges, apples, pears, grapes, cherries, bananas, peaches, plums etc.
Unsweetened fruit juices.
Meat (lean).
Fish.
Eggs.
Cheese.
Yoghurt,(low fat, low sugar).
Salad stuff.
Low calorie soups.
Vegetables, (beans, peas, green beans, corn, lentils, carrots, potatoes, etc).
Rice.
Tomatoes, tinned, ketchup and passata.
Pasta.
Pizza, (small not too cheesey).
Single savoury pies or pastries.
Single sponge cakes or sweet pastries.
Low calorie ice cream.
High cocoa content dark chocolate.
Bottled water or a jug to filter your water.
Seasonings such as salt, pepper, spices.

That’s it, not bad eh?
